Teachers are the power-generators of our Institutions, S. F. S. Gajuwaka has highly experienced and resourceful faculty members to empower the students in a powerful way. Our administration faculty is well-equipped and well-experienced. To assess the students’ performance of different classes constant meetings are arranged. Department meetings are conducted to plan out the academic activities for the academic year and constant reviews are done by the Head of the Department.
